Event Description

led by David Brazier & Jnanamati Williams

A workshop of contemplation and creativity, sharing images  and words just for the sake of it, reflecting upon them, letting their voice and form penetrate deeper, following the thread of spirit and beauty. This workshop is open to anybody who likes the idea. You do not need an established creative talent to appreciate what may come forth through the chemistry of meeting and sharing.  This will be a group experience as well as a personal journey, seeing and listening to each other’s experiments and inspirations. Come and find your Muse. All forms of art and creativity involve opening oneself to a power and influence that comes from beyond the logic and routine of everyday life. This, therefore, is also a time for allowing oneself, one’s heart, one’s mind and one’s body, greater freedom. Here in the midst of natural surroundings we can go forth and study natural forms and cycles and involve ourselves in the endlessly changing mandala of life.

Pinterest board "Adorning a Pure Land" a place to post related imagery and material in advance of the retreat.

Cost: €250 full board (5 nights)

Booking: jnanamati@gmail.com

What seems to hold me in recent years is a sense of what could have been; how ecstatic living could have actually occurred within our living if we had been held in a different cultural paradigm.

This view is not embracing bitterness or blaming or even divisiveness. This amazing place we just seem to have appeared in, we know it's potential to nurture, to wisely inform and to grow mutual love.

It inspires me to view the utopian, it may just break out in some other time and place. That… Continue
