Primary relationship with 'the Divine' within and without...."a grain of sand...W. Blake.
I have danced professionally. I have run retreats on movement, prayer, symbolic gesture and ritual...emptiness and full ness.
I have been a technique tutor for Classical Ballet at the Hebrew University, Jerusalem, and several uni's in the UK.
I entered and made 5yr vows to a contemplative semi cloistered Xtian community and trained in Ignatian spiritual direction eg 3,8, and 30days silent retreats.
I have sent 15years as an Nhs Movement Psychotherapist leading a team of Arts Psychotherapists as specialists for inpatient Eating Disorders service, in North London. Current project 'Awakening the Body' weekly sessions. 121 sessions from my home, trans personal, witnessing, gentle inquiry allowing from a place of openness, trust skill, confidence and Grace.

I teach, breath, body, energy, moving in conscious awareness ....stillness presence...sound and silence

My spiritual foundation in childhood grew out of an obsession with Pavlova and dancing the dying swan....and the mystical Body of Christ....that I seemed to grok naturally.

At the moment I am feeling very sad for the state of the planet. As I write the great forests are being consumed by fire, both the tropical forest in Brazil and the tundra forest in Russia. The great forests are the lungs of the earth. I myself have lung problems. When there are parts of the lungs that don’t work anymore one can run out of energy. It can strike suddenly. We will probably not do anything serious about climate change or wildlife extinction…

My medical condition continues to be a mystery. It is clear that I do not have any of the big nasty things - brain tumour, cracked skull, stroke, etc - as these have been ruled out by MRI investigation. Nonetheless I continue to have persistent, continuous head pain that varies in intensity and I become exhausted by the least effort so that I am functioning like an invalid incapable of doing very much.
