I'm a retired Clinical Counsellor, became interested in life coaching, did some training in it but very recently found, I really am more of a counsellor than anything (professionally). Connecting with another at a heart level, is what is most meaningful to me at this point. Most interestingly, without connecting the 2 things, I also thought of David and sent a note to be in touch. After being in touch with him I remembered of course some of the text in his ‘Zen Therapy’ book that makes reference to this…. “Zen is simply the awakening of one heart by another, of sincerity by sincerity’’ (p.13).
I met David in Vancouver, Canada a few times when he was here doing workshops, and we stayed in touch.

It is a wonderfully moving experience and so I always… Continue
Please can I have a light up Christmas tree and the prettiest baubles in your workshop. Love Selena
My daughter is 5 and loves decorations. She would love to have a garden with lots of flowers and fruit trees and plants but we live in a flat with a balcony so she spends time enjoying other people’s garden whenever she can. So maybe this Christmas we will try and create a mini Pureland garden on our balcony.
