Psychotherapist working mainly in high school.
Specialized in “Naikan”, a method of Self-Reflection derived from Buddhism. I belong to Jodo denomination, and practice Nembutsu at my family temple, or at Zojoji Temple as a lay Buddhist. Now trying to find the way to integrate the method of “Naikan” and Focusing, which philosophy has many essence in common with the Buddhism.
