I became a Dharma student during my eary twenties, (insight meditation/ metta meditaton) and also have a keen interest in art and psychology. Currently I am especially interested in ways of cultivating and teaching courage. I am also exploring the biographies and perspectives, that outstanding artists have on life. For more than 20 years I have taught insight meditation retreats (German/ English) and also serve as counselor in private practice and on Skype/ Zoom.
