I am a Psychologist who lives in Vancouver. Currently I teach at the City University of Seattle, campus Vancouver- the courses are part of a Graduate Program in Counseling, and the courses I teach are Psychological Trauma and Interpersonal Violence and Diversity, culture and Counselling. Both are my passion, and we talked a lot about mindfulness, compassion and the power of find meaning, practice gratitude, etc. etc.
