A quiet day at home again. David had some writing to finish. He writes a lot about mindfulness these days. In these last days of this year my mind is full of ideas for the new year, specifically for the new retreats we want to organise at Eleusis. We have lots of ideas to organise different kind of retreats. In some of them Buddhism and meditation will be the essence, sometimes personal development, sometimes creative workshops and many times a mixture of those things.
Today I am experimenting with making tiny shrines. I made one in a match box. A tiny love shrine. Maybe a nice idea for the first coming retreat 'Love Life and Transformation'?
I will try to make a serie of shrines. Here are two pictures of my first experiment.
