£50 - £200 sliding scale according to what is a reasonable contribution in relation to your financial capacity.

At the end of the workshop there will be an opportunity to give anonymously whatever within this scale you feel is appropriate in terms of the gratitude you feel for what you've received and what you know your own resources to be. We will provide a paper by the bowl to outline our expenses and what we need the average payment to be in relation to number of participants as an additional guidance.

We focus on embodied meditation and creating from embodied connection.

The retreat is open to people of any faith or no faith at all. The welcome those with a curiosity to explore themselves, their potential and if you wish, step back from your daily lives to explore the nature of living and being.

Community is also a strong resource on the retreats as we learn from each others journeys.

We hold a secure, strong and supportive space, offering tools to facilitate what you are individually wishing to explore or are curious to transform or step into. Sometimes we don't know what we wish to transform or step into, but this is the very thing that we discover in the engagement with the tasks offered.
