In this Ango
On your own:
- read the Kyo (Study Text) including the recommended reading
- complete the exercises in Ex&Q
- optionally, respond to the questions in Ex&Q &/or post your own questions.
- regular practice (gyo)
On-line:
- meet to practise (gyo), join practice sessions & puja whenever possible
- in your PLG discuss what you have read, practised and experienced.
- the optional questions in Ex&Q may often be suitable for PLG discussion.
- you may want to do some book pooling in order to get access to all the texts
- attend a "Tea with Shuso" meeting
- join practice meetings with others for puja, chanting, & meditation.
- attend a Founders' Ceremony
- attend ancestor ceremonies as appropriate
On-line with Roshi:
- attend the Entrance Meeting
- at least one individual consultation
- on-line practice sessions
- participate in at least one each of the following types of group meetings:
-- kyo seminar
-- gyo seminar
-- mondo meeting
-- sanzen meeting
- attend the Closure Meeting
