Have Been following the Dharma mainly via Samye Ling and Thich Nhat Hanh since 2012, Vegan, XR, Sea Swimming Bird watching gardening meditation in my spare time, retired last October, am interested in a deepening practice, as advised by TNH. Owned a small property 15 mins from Plum Village for some years, but now tend to visit Normandy conditions permitting.
