Hello - I’m an older woman who has been involved psychological and spiritual work, personal and professional, for nearly 50 years. I am certified to teach and do teach mindfulness meditation two weekly mindfulness/vipasssana meditation group, have trained with Eugene Gendlin, Ph. D. in Focusing (also train psychotherapists, spiritual directors and counselors in this work) and have a psychospiritual private practice based on Focusing and Relational Self Psychology . I also facilitated WISE AGING groups, based Kim the book of the same name. I’ve been interested in community connectedness and living for many years and as I’m about to embark on a major life transition, I read about Eleusis (40 yrs ago I went to Greece and Turkey to visit ancient healing sites including Eleusis). I’m very interested in learning more about your community and work. I love gardens and gardening and as I age, just want to be more and more time in nature, to write poetry, feel good, be kind, have increasing moments grace and know more and more Love.
