I am a retired psychologist who lived in Vancouver in the past 40 + years and now live in Burlington, on the shores of Lake Ontario. Currently In the past I worked as a clinician, and a professor in a Graduate Program in Counseling teaching 2 courses: Psychological Trauma and Interpersonal Violence; and Diversity, Culture and Counselling. Both themes have beem my passion, and we talked a lot about mindfulness, compassion and the power of find your path in life, being generous and helping others in their paths. I am working with the Canadian Red Cross, as a Safety and Well Being provider and I am interested on how to facilitate my own and others' spiritual path. The Global Sangha has been the most significant group I have participated and gratitude to David for creating it.
