Hi, what am I up to? Wel, I am trying to be be mindful even when typing these words conforming the original meaning in Buddhism ( i.e. mindful of Dharma, "the big picture" as I call it) and must confess, it's not easy. It goes like on off, sort "touch and go" process. Would like to hear your experience if any.
