Tell us about yourself - at least 30 words
I am practicing zen sinds 2009 and later Dzogchen. Followed Dzogchen introductory course in 2015. Sinds 2009 I Meditate in different ways. Started with shamatha then vipasana. Nowadays I pick up moments to reflect during all kind of activities. Have no Shangha so am trying to listen to podcasts. I have one friend with whom am exchanging ideas reflections from time to time. Both of us are interested in Dogen's writings.
