Day meeting in Northern Spain with David Brazier

The word Dharma signifies reality. Yet the reality pointed out by sages is not the hard “realities” of materialism. It is the dynamic flow of love, compassion, joy and peace that animates, heals, restores, and inspires; that goes beyond conventional appearances. It is an other power, power of love, that is the real driving force of life. In our Dharma practice we meet and share, celebrate and practise. The great Zen master Dogen indicated four characteristics of Dharma: tenderness, good will, generosity and compassion. In this Day of Dharma we shall reflect upon these qualities and invoke them to enrich our lives together.
