A retreat aimed at younger people interested in finding out more about Buddhism, Buddhist meditation and Pure Land practice. The retreat will include introductory talks about Buddhist traditions and discussions in which there will be the opportunity for participants you explore the meaning of 'practice' and the 'Buddhist way' in their own lives. There will be time to practice both inside and outside the meditation hall and benefit from the wonderful natural surroundings The group will participate in work tasks, including gardening, maintenance and cooking vegan food. This will provide insight into how a Buddhist orientated community functions.
