On your own:
- read the Kyo (Study Text) including recommended reading
- complete the exercises  in Ex&Q
- optionally, respond to the questions in Ex&Q &/or post your own questions.
- do daily practice (gyo)

On-line:
- meet to practise (gyo), join practice sessions & puja
- peer learning group 
- "tea with shuso" meeting
- practice meetings
- attend a Founders' Ceremony
- attend ancestor ceremonies as appropriate

On-line with Roshi:
- attend the Entrance Meeting
- at least one individual consultation
- on-line practice
- do one half day practice retreat
- at least one each of the following:
-- kyo seminar 
-- gyo seminar 
-- mondo meeting
-- sanzen meeting
- attend the Closure Meeting
