It rained all day and continues to be cold for the time of year. I expect it will brighten up soon.We had a lazy day. I spent most of my time reading and writing and some simply doing nothing, watching the rain. Very pleasant to have such a day from time to time and I was certainly in need of it.
However, we did venture out briefly in the morning, saw our neighbour Annette who is still unwell, and checked at my doctor’s surgery. As my last blood test was outside the prescribed range I have been dropped back to weekly monitoring so the nurse will come on Monday again to take a blood sample. All part of the impermanence of living in the material world.

Blood test - No, only just over, which is not really a problem in itself, but they want to make sure it does not keep going up or become completely erratic.
