It was a sunny day today, chilly and bright. The four of us visited the market in Sancoins We pottered around, talked and laughed a lot. We enjoyed the French atmosphere at the marketplace, the colours and smells and the crowds of people. We bought some violets and herbs for the garden.
After our trip to the market we went to Annette's place at Oasis. We had lunch together and spent some pleasant time. We circumambulated the stupa, chanting Om Mani Padme Hum then went and meditated all together in the shrine room. After the meditation David suggested that we could do a ceremony together every week at Oasis on Friday mornings. We all felt very good about this idea and I suggested to do the same at Eleusis once a week on Sunday mornings. Wonderful! Oasis and Eleusis are forming a Sangha together. Namo Amida Bu!
There was an extra surprise for Josephine today. Annette told her that Oasis is looking for new community members and asked her if she is interested. Josephine is definitely returning home with something to think about....
After a couple of nights sleep I realise that I am quite relieved that I can stay at Eleusis and stay with David, and that I don't have to go away for five weeks. I can stay and see spring awakening here.
My doctor in Holland told me that a lot of Hospitals in Holland don't make a problem about the MRSA bacteria and even in France it is not a problem so now I have to make a new plan.
But first I am going to enjoy Easter weekend and I am looking forward to the the coming meditation services at Oasis and Eleusis.
