Namaste Dharmavidya
Pranams to you
Thank you for adding me to this group Dharmavidya.
Thanks for your warm welcome David! I am so looking forward to you receiving copies of Medicine Buddha/Medicine Mind, now available at http://www.soulsciences.net but I want to gift you and your centre with four copies. Where may I send them? to the address above?
Dear David Thank you for asking me to join as a friend many months ago. I can see you are a very busy person and I am most impressed with all the physical work you are doing on that beautiful property in France. I can relate to gum boots, tractors, earth planting and loads of work that seems never ending. I work on my daughter's very neglected farm in Southern Tasmania with over 30 sheep and 800 heirloom apple tress for company. Pretty well in the same manner as you appear to be working on this property. Not bad for a 65 year old lawyer who still works part time in law. I love it but what is missing is the sense of community particularly spiritual community with purpose. I have been reflecting upon this and when the weeds grow up almost overnight and I see yet again a never ending full circle of work I realise that working with (or against nature) this way is in fact a chore unless you are sharing with and interacting emotionally and spiritually with like minded people. If you are doing the latter, then whatever you do is not a chore as you are getting the benefit of connecting with other humans. Which is pretty much why we are here for isn't it ? In this sense I see that all our work regardless of what it may be, to be truly meaningful is better done in pure love and intent with and for others, then for the purpose of having a well organised and controlled environment.
So bring on chaos mother nature as I have decided to lay down my tools and 'list of things I must do yet again on my own' and order David's latest book which is winging its way to me right now through an order placed on 'amazon'.
Kind regards
Anna Crotty
