After four years of living on a boat, I'm slowing down more and more, and becoming more and more attentive to the natural world around me. I meditate intuitively on my long daily walks, and have recently started seated meditation. I will also begin a green work working course in Jan. Often seeing the blessing of lessness, I also have to remind myself of them. I have always been interested in these ways of being and I'm beginning to give them greater attention. I listen, and hope to learn a lot from being here.
