Primary relationship with 'the Divine' within and without...."a grain of sand...W. Blake. I have danced professionally. I have run retreats on movement, prayer, symbolic gesture and ritual...emptiness and full ness. I have been a technique tutor for Classical Ballet at the Hebrew University, Jerusalem, and several uni's in the UK. I entered and made 5yr vows to a contemplative semi cloistered Xtian community and trained in Ignatian spiritual direction eg 3,8, and 30days silent retreats. I have sent 15years as an Nhs Movement Psychotherapist leading a team of Arts Psychotherapists as specialists for inpatient Eating Disorders service, in North London. Current project 'Awakening the Body' consciousness...in weekly sessions. 121 sessions from my home, trans personal, witnessing, gentle inquiry allowing from a place of openness, trust skill, confidence and Grace.

I teach, breath, body, energy, moving in conscious awareness ....stillness presence...sound and silence My spiritual foundation in childhood grew out of an obsession with Pavlova and dancing the dying swan....and the mystical Body of Christ....that I seemed to grok naturally.
