Tell us about yourself - at least 30 words
Currently in dissertation module of MSc in Contemporary PC Psychotherapy at Metanoia Institute. I work mainly with young people (18-25 yo) and have a small private practice. I'm interested in healthy living, eating, and being. I've studied some Gestalt and TA and enjoy aspects of each. I love animals especially dogs and living close to London. I'm becoming more interested in meditation and mindfulness the more I practice. I'm married and have a teenage son.

Thank you, Barbara. Yes, it was quite a day yesterday. Elja was a bit shaken by the experience, but felt much better after we had made friends with the grandparents and got the paperwork sorted. These things are always a shock. I'm enjoying my first full day home and getting a sense of what I can and cannot do in my present condition. Many thanks for your support and concern.
